Ereteti Primary School visit in partnership with Molped Kenya
04.11.2022, Kajiado County, Project Somesha visited Ereteti Primary school in partnership with Molped Kenya to ensure young girls who have reached menarche and cannot afford menstrual products are catered for so that they do not miss out on their education.
Having noted that the young girls had rich knowledge about disposable menstrual products, our Program Coordinator, Ms. Ziporah Barongo provided in-depth instruction on sustainable menstrual products such as the menstrual cup and reusable washable pads accompanied with several demonstrations.
After a successful session, we distributed disposable sanitary pads to 84 young girls which were provided by Molped Kenya. Once again, we would like to thank Molped Kenya for their generous donation and their dedication to contributing to the success of young girls through the distribution of sanitary pads.
Your donation helps more young girls to stay in school and get an education.
